It is the end of Travel Week on The Blog Tag. I love to travel and would love for everyone to experience it at least one time in their life. One does not need to cross country borders to travel. Exploring your own province and country is fun and exciting. Getting to know your own backyard means you can gush about it to everyone else. Even though I have been blessed with the opportunity to cross borders numerous times coming home to Cape Town is still one of the best feelings in the world.
I’ll never forget the first day I stepped onto an aeroplane. So unsure of what I was to do. What was expected of me. I hopped on a plane from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Sat down and buckled up immediately. Then it happened…Lift-off.
New York is an ever-changing city. For this Capetonian there are simply too many people. But…the architecture…That I love.
I haven’t read a good romance novel since my (early) twenties. Back in the day of Mills & Boone and Fabio covers. A buddy I met in the blogging world, Alfonzo Words, got me into this book. I thought to myself, why not?
Music Week on The Blog Tag equals a very giddy me! We were asked to compile a playlist and discuss our favourite song. I decided to post a song a day starting with my favourite. Here’s just some of what is on my 64G mobile set playlist:
It’s the end of Music Week on The Blog Tag. I have had so much fun doing daily Twitter Video posts. To those who love it music is important for maintaining sanity in a chaotic existence. I am one of those.
Do I play a musical instrument? Depends on who you ask. I play a little keyboard (badly) and about three chords on the guitar. The instrument I use most though is one one does not play…My voice. I sing. When I was younger I wanted to be a star. You know…name in lights and all of that. The only problem was that I hated the fact that everyone looked at me when I sang.
This week on The Blog Tag the theme was mental health. It is a topic that is still touchy in so many ways. Below are a few questions compiled by our administrators that we are to answer.
I joined a blogging community called The Blog Tag. Every week we’re given a new theme. The aim is to help bloggers with inspiration for their posts. This week is Art Week. We’re also given writing prompts every day. The writing prompt for this post is “What is Your Favourite Art Form?”. You may be able to tell from the title…I LOVE music.
