I will give you hope
I will give you life eternal
Just have faith

I will give you your heart’s desire
I give you my love
Just believe

And in return…

Give me your doubts,
Your pain
Let me set you free

Give me your hurt,
Your sorrows
Your insecurities

This is my ransom letter to you

Everything you allow to cage you in
All the hurt, pain and suffering
All your sin and failings

I have ransomed it all.

I laid down my life to set you free
All I need is for you to believe
Accept who I am
I am for you

I have ransomed you
To be free
