Game On!
Standing here
Staring you dead-on
I can do this
I am ready

“Silencer”is this week’s tandem blog offering. Domestic violence is a real thing. So many are out there living in shame and silence. Let’s be their voice in the darkness and spread awareness.
And so it goes… I watch you standing there All ebb…no flow A mere mortal in thought With mortality wrought with strife The inability to delve deeper jarring One so translucent…so tragic
Is it my destiny?
To meet with you?
To meet you?
To feel you?
Will it ever be?
I don’t have the answer
I’ll hold onto the belief
That one day
I might have
A date with fate
Hold onto my Faith
Given by Grace
That I might get to hold you
One day
Whichever way
You might choose to appear
I’ll hold firm to to my Faith
Given by Grace
That I might
One day be granted
A date with fate
I have all these beauties in my garden
An array of note
Tall, skinny, dotted daffodils
As they grow and grow into roses
Their innocent haze
A thing to praise
While life has not yet claimed them
I watch over them
Protect their intelligence
And nurture their beings
My garden is a bounty of joy
Laughter, silliness, love
My garden (on loan)
I love to behold
My garden of hope
“Wie’s jou baas? Who’s your daddy?”
You think the worst of everything and everyone. Who did what to you to cause you to be this way?
Coffee?
Yes, please!
Can’t start my day without it.
“As ek jou gaan vang…dan gaan djy mang”.
This week’s tandem topic is “Pacifiers”. This is an opinion piece for me simply because I’m agitated by the agitation. Again, this is not intended to offend anyone, person or group. It is merely my opinion.
