I Ain’t Mad At Ya!
You did me real bad
Got me oh…so sad
With heart in hand
I stand…
You did me real bad
Got me oh…so sad
With heart in hand
I stand…
Precious memories marred
Soul deeply scarred
This week on The Blog Tag the theme was mental health. It is a topic that is still touchy in so many ways. Below are a few questions compiled by our administrators that we are to answer.
She left him lying there in the kitchen in a crimson pool not knowing if he was dead or alive. She was not going to wait to find out.
She walked down the stairs. Quietly. He saw her though. She wasn’t quiet enough. He stood there staring at her. She looked around. There was no escape. She’d have to face him. No way no how he was letting her go.
“Silencer”is this week’s tandem blog offering. Domestic violence is a real thing. So many are out there living in shame and silence. Let’s be their voice in the darkness and spread awareness.
And so it goes… I watch you standing there All ebb…no flow A mere mortal in thought With mortality wrought with strife The inability to delve deeper jarring One so translucent…so tragic
You
You thought you could break me…
You couldn’t
Is it my destiny?
To meet with you?
To meet you?
To feel you?
Will it ever be?
I don’t have the answer
I’ll hold onto the belief
That one day
I might have
A date with fate
Hold onto my Faith
Given by Grace
That I might get to hold you
One day
Whichever way
You might choose to appear
I’ll hold firm to to my Faith
Given by Grace
That I might
One day be granted
A date with fate

Drifting on a desert breeze”
