She left him lying there in the kitchen in a crimson pool not knowing if he was dead or alive. She was not going to wait to find out.
She walked down the stairs. Quietly. He saw her though. She wasn’t quiet enough. He stood there staring at her. She looked around. There was no escape. She’d have to face him. No way no how he was letting her go.

I have never considered myself to be beautiful. Not even pretty just a little. I’ve always thought I’m “okay”. What I realised though was that there are parts of my anatomy that I find beautiful and that it’s best to play those parts up.
